Project DescriptionReason: client is one of Europe’s larger service providers. Her number of employees is growing by an average of 15%+ on an annual basis. Its fleet management has been sustained in previous years. Client sees her new generation of employees set different demands on mobility and alternatives arise.
Facts: large European professional services provider with focus on IT and digital Marketing. 600+ million sales, 6000+ FTE, dominant market player.
Approach: We assisted the customer in the evaluation of the current fleet management including a financial analysis of the existing contract with its leasing company. This resulted in a direct saving of 500K + that was realized directly with the leasing company. In addition an analysis of the current and emerging technological possibilities, re mobility and ways to use mobility as an incentive for staff, was made in close collaboration with specialists. We developed the vision and strategy for the coming period, including the required business requirements. The advice was submitted to and approved by the executive team.
