The transformation is driven by changes in customer expectations and dominant digitization. The front end doesn’t meet future requirements, for both the direct and intermediary channel.
Facts: major European insurer that offers insurance and retirement solutions to private individuals and companies.
Approach: We guided the customer by evaluating the requirements for the new front end solution and added new insights & alternatives. We evaluated both the current digital environment and the cooperation with possible external partners. With our 9 hours formula, we organised an intensive interactive workshop in order to evaluate business & technology requirements regarding functionality, architecture, social media and potential suppliers. The advice was presented to, -and adopted by the business information management team.
