Reason: The federation is the non-profit organization that manages and promotes a popular sport in Belgium. For the next policy period, she has a mission to perpetuate its prominence by offering sport for all ages and all levels, to form international players, to provide clubs and club members the best possible support and a professional and quality work within the federation and the clubs. Digitisation should help them. Cooperation with external partners can make it accelerate.

Facts: The federation manages and promotes a popular sport in Belgium. The federation groups +500 clubs and +100,000 members. She organizes several international tournaments each year.

Approach: We guided the customer in the evaluation of the business model. We focused on an increased level of support to clubs and a higher level of intimacy to members. We evaluated both the current digital environment as the cooperation with external partners and entered a step into new business models. All possible scenarios were evaluated based on a sound decision model. The advice was presented to, -and adopted by the Board of Directors.
